The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is conducting an important survey on student behaviors and beliefs. This survey is called the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment Survey. 6th and 8th grade students will take this survey November 28, 2023. Permission forms are going home today.
